By accessing and using TimeSheet Pro ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
TimeSheet Pro is an open-source, time tracking and invoicing software designed for freelancers and independent contractors. The Service allows you to track billable hours, manage clients, and generate PDF invoices.
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (passwords, JWT tokens). You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. We use industry-standard security (HttpOnly cookies, password hashing) to protect your data, but you acknowledge that no digital system is 100% secure.
You retain all rights to the data you input into the Service, including company details, time logs, and invoices. By using the Service, you grant us a license to host, store, and process this data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. Because the Service can be self-hosted, you are entirely responsible for the backups and integrity of your data if you choose to host it yourself.
TimeSheet Pro reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that TimeSheet Pro shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
In no event shall TimeSheet Pro, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with international digital commerce laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us via the contact form on our landing page.
