Terms of Service

1. Nature of the Service

TimeSheet Pro ("the App" or "the Service") is an independent, non-commercial software project created and maintained by a hobbyist developer. It provides time-tracking and invoice-generation utilities constructed for technical demonstration and personal workflows.

This App is not certified accounting software. Invoices, CSV exports, and time logs generated here are not intended to substitute professional financial advice, legally binding tax documents, or certified corporate bookkeeping.

2. Voluntary Assumption of Risk

You may use TimeSheet Pro for your personal or freelance operations; however, your usage is entirely voluntary and strictly at your own risk. The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the absolute maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the owner, developer, affiliates, or host be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages.

This waiver explicitly includes, but is not limited to:

  • Financial loss due to miscalculated invoices, wrong billing rates, or missing time logs.
  • Legal repercussions stemming from the use of generated PDFs for official tax filings or IRS documentation.
  • Loss of data, client information, or scheduling conflicts synced via the ICS Calendar integration.
  • Breaches of security, service downtime, or suspension of the application infrastructure.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to manually verify the accuracy of all generated invoices, hours, and monetary values before sending them to clients or external entities. You, the user, are solely responsible for ensuring that your billing and financial tracking adhere to your local jurisdictional laws and corporate requirements.

5. Termination & Data Deletion

Because this is a free, hobbyist-run service, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the App or your access to it at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. You may delete your account and subsequently purge your data from the database at any time using the Danger Zone in your Profile & Settings panel.

6. Explicit Consent

By ticking the agreement box during the account registration process and continuing to use the service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this strict liability waiver. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the application.
